It's not likely that a partitioning utility will ever be a portable app because of the dependency on admin privileges. However, a great tool for a bootable USB Key is. I have the drive set up with YUMI as well as PortableApps. 1 Partition, FAT formatted. While Windows is running, it behaves as a normal flash drive, on bootup, you can load any of OSes that you set up using the YUMI utility.I'd recommend a minimum of a 4GB flash drive for this, depending on how many OSes you'd like set up in YUMI. Thanks Zach.Just after I posted I found a free alternative called Partition Wizard:Haven't used it yet, but the product looks mature and offers everything I need in the free bootable ISO. Boots fine as a DVD so I'll try making a bootable USB, too.YUMI looks real interesting, though, as I have a whole box of USB drives with various utilities and useful stuff and the idea of having one or two big fast drives with a boot menu to select from is very appealing. YUMI seems to focus on the various Linux distros, but could I have, for example one key with both Windows 7 and Windows 8 installers?
Possibly a mix of bootable and content that can be launched separately or via Portable Apps?
Alright, so with about half my homebrew apps such as Homebrew Browser, WiiSX, basically all Homebrew Games, I'm getting this message: How do I fix it? Wii System is 4.2. EDIT: Oh and btw, holymotherwtf at the pirate flash thing. I found that funny. (Forgot to check the box thingy) Edited 1 tim. Installing homebrew browser exception dsi occurred error. Remove your Wii's SD card. You'll find the SD card in the disk slot; press once the SD card to prompt it to pop out. Make sure that your Wii is powered down when you do this. The Wii supports SD cards up to 2 gigabytes in size and SDHC cards up to 32 gigabytes in size. 8 votes and 7 comments so far on Reddit. 'Exception: DSI occurred' help! So I was running a homebrew UNO game I had, and I got that message plus this 'code dump' stuff and I'm stuck on that black screen. The exception DSI reminds me of when my 2.5tb drive crashed most homebrew apps because they don't support 4k sectors. This could be your case or it could be something else. In the Homebrew Channel Installer I would also try running the uninstall option first then the install option.
